AKRON, Ohio -- A woman faces charges after a brutal beating was caught on tape, NewsChannel5 reported.
Mark Jones coldcocked Joseph Scapino as he waited in line to buy pizza at DaVinci's, a downtown Akron pizzeria.
SLIDESHOW: Pizza Parlor Beating Scarpino was on his cell phone when Prestina Sims cut in line in front of him.He commented about it on the phone and Sims reacted with rage. Security video shows Sims, infuriated by the comment, begins a long tirade at Scarpino. She swore at him, and even spat at a manager who tried to kick her out.Sims' boyfriend, Jones, punched Scarpino several times, causing him to have a broken eye socket, and broken nose, a concussion and a chipped tooth. A judge sentenced Jones to four years in prison for his role in the attack.
