SUMMIT COUNTY, Ohio -- A Hudson woman was indicted Friday on charges related to a crash that left another woman seriously injured. Jane Senne, 50, faces numerous charges, including aggravated vehicular assault, driving under the influence of alcohol, and driving under license suspension.Senne has had 12 previous DUI convictions since 1988.Because of these prior offenses, Senne could face an additional one to five years in prison under a new state law that calls for mandatory prison time for multiple DUI offenses.In last month's crash, Senne turned left onto state Route 303 off of Lenox Drive into the path of another driver.The other driver, 21-year-old Natasha Marple, of Cuyahoga Falls, was lying in the road when police arrived at the scene. She was treated at St. Thomas Hospital.Senne remains in jail under a $100,000 bond. She will be arraigned March 8.
