Riders Injured By Metal Shards Suing Cedar Point

CLEVELAND -- Two people who were injured last summer while riding a Cedar Point ride are suing the amusement park, NewsChannel5 reported.
Joel Neidenthal and Whitney James are suing, claiming pain and suffering.The two suffered puncture wounds last July when a cable snapped on the Top Thrill Dragster.Shards of metal flew from the cable, striking four riders.The two victims have not said how much money they are suing for, but it's believed to be more than $50,000 in damages.
