CLEVELAND -- New legislation will be introduced Monday to address the lack of safety conditions that led to a boy's death at the Lake County Fair two summers ago. Eight-year-old Greyson Yoe was electrocuted while standing in line for the fair's bumper cars.A wiring problem with the ride was determined to be the cause.The electrician in charge of the ride was convicted in the boy's death last year.
