CLEVELAND -- A judge will not delay the sentence prison Imam Fawaz Damra, NewsChannel5 reported.Damra will report to prison on Nov. 22.He was sentenced to two months in prison and four months of house arrest after being convicted of lying about connections to terrorist groups when he applied in 1994 to become a citizen.U.S. District Judge James Gwin also revoked Damra's citizenship.He had asked for a one-month delay to allow his relatives to come to Cleveland so that they could help care for Damra’s wife and three children.The Imam claimed his family is unable to cope without him.
