Man Sentenced In 8-Year-Old’s Electrocution Death
Boy Died While Waiting In Ride Line At Lake County Fair

LAKE COUNTY, Ohio -- A man charged in an 8-year-old’s electrocution death was sentenced to 90 days in jail Monday.The judge suspended all but 15 days of Theodore Brubaker’s sentence, which he is currently serving.Brubaker pleaded no contest last month to a second-degree misdemeanor in the death of Greyson Yoe. The boy was electrocuted two years ago while waiting in line for a ride at the Lake County Fair. Brubaker was in charge of inspecting the ride.Brubaker must also pay a share of Yoe’s $60,000 funeral. The cost will be shared with the others involved in the accident.
