PAINESVILLE, Ohio -- A judge in Lake County dropped three of four charges against a man in connection with the death of an 8-year-old at the county fair two years ago, NewsChannel5 reported. Theodore Brubaker was initially charged with reckless homicide and involuntary manslaughter in the death of Greyson Yoe. Brubaker pleaded no contest to a second-degree misdemeanor. He was in charge of inspecting the ride that electrocuted Yoe. Brubaker is due for sentencing on that charge Nov. 8.
