CLEVELAND -- The United States Postal Inspection Service is offering up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest of a man who robbed a postal truck driver. The driver was robbed at the East 55th Street location at about 5:30 p.m. Aug. 2.Officials said the man is described as a black male, about 30 years old. He was wearing a blue shirt and a blue Cavaliers baseball cap.The man allegedly used a semiautomatic pistol with a laser sighting system beneath the barrel.Call (216) 443-4000 with any information.
