WESTLAKE, Ohio -- Police say she had enough shoes to wear a different pair each day for four months.
The only problem was that she allegedly swiped them from a Westlake store, NewsChannel5 reported.
Police caught up with Ann Bachna, 58, at her home.
Officers reportedly found 135 pairs of shoes worth $6,700.
At least half were stolen from a Stein Mart, police said. An employee said she noticed the woman came in the store often to try on shoes. One day, she said, she saw the woman leaving with a pair sticking out of her purse.
Westlake police say they plan to upgrade Bachna's charges to a felony.
