CLEVELAND -- Cleveland Mounted Police and the K9 Unit will pick up the search for a missing 14-year-old Cleveland girl Thursday at Edgewater Park and Marina.
Police say they're doing whatever they can to find Gina DeJesus. Officers looked through abandoned buildings and railroad tracks on the near west side Wednesday. And while they say they didn't find anything, investigators say they have gotten hundreds of leads. The 14-year-old disappeared on her way home from school at Wilbur Wright Middle School nearly two weeks ago. She was last seen at W. 105th Street and Lorain. NewsChannel5 is working with Crime Stoppers in the search for Gina. If you have any information that could lead to the arrest or indictment of someone who may be responsible for Gina's disappearance, call Crime Stoppers at (216) 252-7463.
