AKRON, Ohio -- A Summit County judge will decide whether a 5-month-old boy will be taken off life support, reported NewsChannel5.Aiden Stein is believed to be a victim of shaken baby syndrome. He was flown to Akron Children's Hospital on March 15, and remains in a coma and is unable to breathe on his own.The baby remains in the custody of both his parents while the Richland County Children Services Board investigates the case.The parents oppose removing life support.The infant was in the care of his father when his breathing difficulties began.
