ROCKY RIVER, Ohio -- Former Brook Park Mayor Tom Coyne was in a Cuyahoga County courtroom in Rocky River Wednesday.
He pleaded no contest and was found guilty of driving drunk.
Police said Coyne refused to take a breath-alcohol test
when officers stopped him on Sept. 12 after noticing that his car
was weaving. But Coyne said police treated him unfairly.
The judge ordered Coyne, 54, to get an alcohol assessment before his sentencing, several weeks from now.
Coyne is currently chairman of the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections.
