Firefighter Dies Battling Blaze In Garage

55-Year-Old Was Volunteer Firefighter

A firefighter died while fighting a house fire in Trumbull County Monday.

Eddie Conricote, 55, died while trying to put out a car fire inside a garage, NewsChannel5 reported.

The coroner will do an autopsy to figure out exactly how the Liberty Township firefighter died. He died at Saint Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown.

Conricote was a volunteer firefighter. He worked for the township road department.
