Ohio High School Students Accused Of Selling Porn

Accused Face Disciplinary Board Friday

UPDATED: 10:24 am EST February 13, 2004

There's X-rated trouble facing some Cincinnati high school students.

Two students at the all-boys St. Xavier High School, in Springfield Township, could face school discipline or criminal charges for allegedly selling pornographic DVDs to classmates.

Thirteen students who allegedly purchased the DVDs could be disciplined as well.

The investigation began two days ago. A video fell from a student's shirt in the cafeteria when he complied with a directive to tuck in his shirttail.

It's illegal to sell obscene materials to juveniles or for them to possess it.
