CLEVELAND -- A key suspect in the Shakira Johnson murder investigation has reportedly failed a lie detector test, reported NewsChannel5's Joe Pagonakis.
A source close to the investigation told NewsChannel5 that Daniel Hines, 35, "failed his lie detector test miserably," when asked about the 11-year-old girl's disappearance and murder.
The source went on to say Shakira even talked with Hines on the front porch of his East 106th Street home the day she disappeared.
But police must wait for key lab tests on items taken from the lot where Shakira's body was found before they can arrest Hines.
