Malone College Great Pumpkin Hunt

Location: Malone College in the Randall Campus Center located at 515 25th Street Northwest, Canton

Admission: $5 per child (ages 3 to 12 years)

Free for adults

Costumes are welcome but not necessary. There will be ongoing activities, such as game booths, pumpkin picking, trick-or-treating and various other activities for younger children.

Wooster Fall Carving Festival

Location: At The Craft Emporium in Wooster

Hours: Oct. 17-18 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Carvers come from all across the U.S. and set up their own carving station.

The event is free for all ages. Organizers are asking all the carvers to donate an item to the auction, and the proceeds will benefit the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Northeast Ohio and Toys for Tots.

The Craft Emporium is located on U.S. Route 30, 3 miles east of Wooster.

A charter bus tour runs from 6 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. every Friday night through Nov. 1.
