CLEVELAND -- An 8-year-old boy who was shocked while waiting in line for a ride at the Lake County Fair a couple of weeks ago died Wednesday.
NewsChannel5 reported that Greyson Yoe (pictured, right) passed away in a hospice after remaining in a coma since early August. It appears improper grounding of the bumper car ride sent a jolt through Yoe after he touched a pole.Officials said the ride, called the Scooter, passed a seven-point electrical inspection by the state before the fair kicked off. A fund has been set up for the family of the young victim. Donations can be made at any Great Lakes Bank or can be mailed to: The Greyson Yoe Safety Fund
