THOMPSON, Ohio -- A Geauga County man is hospitalized after cutting himself with a chain saw on Sunday.

The Montville Fire Department said a 62-year-old man was using the chain saw at about 1 p.m. at a home on Burrows Road near Murphy Road when he slipped and the saw hit and cut him in the face.

The man was flown by University Hospitals MedEvac to MetroHealth Medical Center.

He was listed in stable condition with facial trauma.
