Veteran Affairs employees may have sneaked a peek at serial-killing suspect Anthony Sowell's medical records.

The Plain Dealer reports the Cleveland Veterans Affairs hospital is investigating whether employees snooped in Sowell's private medical records.

Sowell was honorably discharged from the Marine Corps in 1985.

He would have been eligible for medical care at the VA. It's unclear if he received any care at the VA clinic.
