Parma Business Owner Tied Up During Robbery

Parma police are looking for a man accused of robbing a gas station on Brookpark Road Monday.

The station owner told officers that a man known to him as "Charles" had walked into the back room with him at about 7 p.m. and then brandished a small silver handgun.

Police said the owner's hands, feet and mouth were wrapped with duct tape and he was eventually forced to open the cash register. An undisclosed amount of money was taken.

Police identified the robber as Charles D. McIntyre, 57, of Parma. He was driving a gray 2003 Hyundai Santa Fe with Ohio license plate: JUSTPRA.

Felony warrants were issued for McIntyre. Police said he should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information is requested to call the Parma Police Department at 440-885-1234.
