CLEVELAND -- A father accused of assaulting his 18-day-old infant has officially been charged.

Chris Porosky was charged with felonious assault and child endangering.

His infant son, Aiden, was admitted to MetroHealth Medical Center last week with trauma to his head and bruises on his body and he is still in critical condition.

Porosky told police he dropped the baby but investigators said that story doesn't match up with Aiden's injuries.
