PAINESVILLE, Ohio -- A Lake County man confessed to shooting three people on Sunday.The Lake County Sheriff's Office said 27-year-old Daryl Pollard turned himself in at the Maple Heights Police Department.The shootings happened at a home on Heckathorne Avenue in Painesville at about 2:30 p.m.Investigators said Pollard shot and killed his mother-in-law, Catherine Thompson, 51, then shot his wife's uncle, Ronnie Eicher, 40, and his brother-in-law, Adam Hvizda, 22. There was no immediate word on Eicher's or Hvizda's conditions.Pollard was staying at Thompson's home with his wife, Amber Pollard. Daryl Pollard was moving out of the home Sunday and got in an argument with Thompson. Deputies said he went to the bedroom for a gun, and his wife Amber warned the other residents he was getting his gun and ran out the back door to the neighbors.Daryl Pollard is being held in the Lake County Jail. He is charged with murder and felonious assault. He's expected to be arraigned Tuesday.
