College Offers Students Free Haircuts

CLEVELAND -- Remington College's Cleveland campus is helping parents with the back-to-school process.Students at the school's cosmetology program are giving away haircuts for kids 17 years old and younger.The event runs from today until Aug. 29.An appointment is not necessary.The salon is located at 14445 Broadway Avenue.
