Truck Driver Seriously Injured In Bay Village Crash

BAY VILLAGE, Ohio -- An accident Wednesday morning caused serious injuries to a garbage truck driver.

It happened at Cahoon and Lake roads in Bay Village near the Metroparks when the garbage truck and a white van collided, sending the truck over a guard rail.

The driver was lifeflighted to an area hospital.

The van's driver was taken away in an ambulance.

Neither driver's condition is known.
