WESTLAKE, Ohio -- Do you want some free gas?The Church On The Rise is holding its third annual "Great Gas Giveaway" at 3 p.m., at the Circle K store at 27190 Center Ridge Road.This is located at the corner of Dover Center Road in Westlake.Church volunteers will be handing out gas cards while supplies last.
