One woman and three men have been arrested for their alleged involvement in the beating and robbery of a man at his home in Portage County.

Police said Jodi Fetty, 27, approached the man’s home at about 2:30 a.m. and asked to use his phone after claiming she had car problems. While she was using the phone, police said two men arrived on his porch. According to police, the two men physically assaulted the man before entering his home and stealing numerous coins from a coin collection.

Police have identified the men as Cortez Oliver, 20, of Fairlawn and Jonathan Dukes, 23, of Ravenna. They reportedly fled the scene in a vehicle driven by Darrell Dukes, 21, of Ravenna.

The man was taken by helicopter to Akron City Hospital.

Two of the men were apprehended as they allegedly tried to cash in the coins at a Giant Eagle grocery store. The other two were apprehended shortly after.

All remain in custody at the Portage County Jail. They will be arraigned on July 6.
