CLEVELAND -- If you're heading out on the water Sunday expect to see extra police boats.

It's part of a statewide safety effort called Operation: Dry Water.

Authorities are cracking down on boaters using drugs or alcohol.

Targeted areas include Lake Erie in Lake County, the Grand and Chagrin Rivers and the Mentor Lagoons.
