Investigators have ruled a June 8 fire in Cleveland as arson, and are offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information.

Accidental causes were ruled out in the fire on Roselawn Avenue in Woodmere. Division of State Fire Marshal investigators said there is evidence that the fire was intentionally set.

The fire started in the back porch of the home. Investigators said the fire then spread into the house, causing heavy smoke damage to the entire house and fire damage to one room.

A Blue Ribbon Arson Reward of up to $5,000 is being offered to anyone with information leading to the identification of the person or persons responsible for the fire. Anyone with information should call the Division of State Fire Marshal at 1-800-589-2728.

No one was injured in the fire. The occupants of the home were present at the time of the fire.

The Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office and the Woodmere Police Department are assisting in the investigation.
