Police said they arrested a man in connection with a fight outside a Warehouse District bar that left another man with serious injuries.

The fight occurred early Thursday morning outside the Barley House, on West 6th Street.

According to witnesses, a fight broke out inside the bar and the bouncers ordered all patrons to leave the bar.

The fight then continued outside, and witnesses said the victim, identified as 22-year-old Michael Corrado, of Mentor, and another man attacked 27-year-old Walter Triplett.

Witnesses said Triplett struck Corrado, who fell and hit his head on the curb. Corrado was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center with serious trauma to the head.

Police arrested Triplett but no charges have been filed. Because of the seriousness of Corrado's injuries, the police homicide unit was notified.
