Two Cleveland-area brothers have been extradited to Ohio to face charges in connection with the rape and kidnapping of their two stepsisters, both under the age of 13.

Corderious Gregory, 21, will be arraigned Tuesday on charges of rape and kidnapping.

Gregory was arrested in February at Southern University in Baton Rouge, La. and was extradited Monday.

The Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Office also tracked his brother, Kevin Gregory, in Duluth, Minn., where he was arrested in February and was extradited to Ohio in early March.

He pleaded not guilty to charges of rape, kidnapping and intimidation of a crime victim. Bond was set at $100,000. He was also ordered to have no contact with the victims and an HIV test was ordered.

Prosecutors said he raped his stepsisters and threatened one of the victims.
