CLEVELAND -- The four teens accused in the death of a Cleveland security guard faced a judge on Tuesday.

They were in juvenile court for a pretrial in connection with the death of Johnny Boyd.

Boyd was shot and killed last November.

One of the suspects is 17 and is a mandatory bind-over to adult court. The other three will have discretionary bind-over hearings at a later date.

The suspects are charged with aggravated murder and aggravated burglary.
