BEDFORD, Ohio -- Deer culling brought dozens out to the Cleveland Metroparks on Sunday.

Activists against the practice got together at the Bedford Reservation.

Some parks allow sharpshooters kill deer to control overpopulation.

But protesters said culling doesn't work and that there other ways to keep the population down.

"Enough is enough. After 11 years, it's time for this to stop," said protester Lane Ferrante. "Effective non-lethal solutions should be implemented. It's enough."

The group drove through the park and surrounding neighborhoods to spread its message.
