ELYRIA, Ohio -- Police in Elyria are investigating after a fight broke out overnight in the downtown area, leaving two men hospitalized. Police said the fight broke out in the middle of Broad Street in front of the First Merit Bank's drive-through.They said several shots were fired. Police said they found one man stabbed near the Toy Box Nightclub.He was flown by Life Flight to MetroHealth Medical Center. Another man was also hospitalized in Elyria with cuts.In a search of the area, police found shell casings and two knives.
