Sherrod Brown Gives Local Soldiers Tickets To Inauguration

U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-OH, presented 11 Ohio service members with tickets to Barack Obama's inauguration in Washington, D.C.

The service members, the majority of whom served as medical personnel in Iraq, Afghanistan or both, are now stationed at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.

Among those who received tickets are Spc. Steven Downey, of Cleveland; Sgt. Katharina Hamper, of Painesville; Ssg. Kevin Kennerly and Mrs. Alicia Kennerly, of Akron; and Sgt. Dustin Jagger, of Canton.
