Two brothers accused of beating a neighbor to death with a baseball bat and then burning his body back are facing new charges.

Alex and Aaron Wulff are charged with two counts of aggravated murder, murder, kidnapping, tampering with evidence offenses against a human corpse and felonious assault.

The brothers were arrested in July in connection with the disappearance of the neighbor, John Maruschak.

The new charges were filed after investigators found fragments of a human skull and vertebrae, according to the Cuyahoga County prosecutor's office.

Alex Wulff told police they killed Maruschak after he allegedly broke into their Cleveland home and then burned the body on their father's Ashtabula property.

The brothers will be arraigned on Wednesday.
