Alleged Shoplifter Dies After Apparent Scuffle With Guard

NORTH RANDALL, Ohio -- A protest was held outside of Dillard's at Randall Park Mall on Saturday after a man caught allegedly shoplifting died.
NewsChannel5 reported that Guy Wills' family wants answers.
Family and supporters of Wills, 41, are accusing the North Randall Police Department of negligence.
Police said Wills fought with a security guard as the guard tried to arrest him. Officers also said that Wills was apparently high.
The family claims that Wills wasn't stealing anything or doing any drugs.
Wills died Monday of head injuries, according to officials.
The guard, Jameel Talley, is on paid leave.
