CINCINNATI -- A teenager was arrested after allegedly having sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl that he captured on his cell phone.

Denver Couch, 18, of Cleves, was being held on one felony count of unlawful sexual contact with a minor, NewsChannel5 sister station WCPO-TV in Cincinnati reported.

The act happened last month, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.

It was taped on Couch's phone using a video feature, deputies said. They also claimed Couch has admitted to the offense.

It's not clear whether the sex was consensual, but that doesn't matter given the girl's age, deputies said. They said Couch knew the age of the girl.

Couch is scheduled to be in court Monday.
