TWINSBURG, Ohio -- A production halt at Chrysler's minivan plant in St. Louis means more layoffs in northeast Ohio.NewsChannel5's news partner, WAKR, said 64 more employees at the Summit County stamping plant in Twinsburg will be furloughed next week.That would bring the total number of workers laid off in the past few months to 241.
