PARMA, Ohio -- A restaurant employee was shot during a robbery early Tuesday morning. Parma police said two men robbed the Steak 'n Shake on Ridge Road at about 12:35 a.m. A 23-year-old employee was hit in the right forearm with a .25-caliber bullet, Detective Marty Compton said. . He was treated at the scene by paramedics and refused transportation to the hospital. The two men are described as white and in their 20s.They were wearing orange hooded sweatshirts and blue surgical gloves, Compton said. They ran from the restaurant after the employee was shot.A dark four-door Geo Prism or similar vehicle, in poor condition, was seen fleeing the area a short time after the robbery.
