CLEVELAND -- A Cleveland minister wants to fill in for Ohio Rep. Stephanie Tubbs Jones.On Thursday, the Rev. Marvin McMickle filed papers at the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections to get on the ballot to replace Tubbs Jones.Four others have also thrown their hats into the ring for the 11th Congressional District seat, including Warrensville Heights Mayor Marcia L. Fudge and former Cleveland Councilman Bill Patmon.Tubbs Jones died last month from a brain hemorrhage following an aneurysm.
