GREEN, Ohio -- A woman turned herself in to police Wednesday in connection with a case involving a fatal hit-and-run crash on Interstate 77.The woman told police that she thought she hit a deer.Nicholas Lueck, 21, was found dead on the side of the highway.No charges have been filed yet.Police are expected to meet with the prosecutor to decide whether charges should be filed.
