Local Man Arrested, Accused Of Soliciting Teen For Sex

AVON, Ohio -- Police said an arrest was made overnight in connection with a case involving allegations of soliciting sex online.

David Jaratz Jr., 24 of Rocky River, was charged with importuning, attempted unlawful sexual conduct and possession of criminal tools, accused of soliciting sex online with a 15-year-old girl. An officer was posing as a teen.

Police arrested him at his Avon home.

The man is being held in the Lorain County Jail on a $30,000 bond.

He will appear in court next week.
