Bond Set For Brothers Accused Of Killing Man On Bicycle

CLEVELAND -- Two people accused of using a car to strike and kill a man faced a judge Wednesday. Cuyahoga County prosecutors said brothers Darren Devine and Brian Devine ran down Raymond Fries on his bicycle after an argument on Saturday. Bond was set at $250,000 for Darren Devine. He faces aggravated murder and attempted murder charges.Brian Devine is charged with tampering with evidence and obstruction. A $100,000 bond was set for him. Police said he took the car Darren used from the crime scene to later report it stolen.Their cases now go to a grand jury.
