CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio -- The trial of a man accused of killing a police officer has been set.Cleveland Heights Officer Jason West was gunned down in May of 2007.Timothy Halton is accused in connection with his death. He will go on trial in late October.The 31-year-old officer was shot and killed while responding to a complaint of a street fight on Altamont Avenue.
