CLEVELAND -- A Highland Hills police officer pleaded not guilty Thursday to stealing from the department's evidence locker.Officer Thomas Perrine was arraigned on two counts of theft, two counts of theft in office and two counts of tampering with evidence.He is accused of taking $3,541 from the evidence locker.Bond was set at $1,000.
