Police: Law Director Hits House While Driving Drunk

LAKEWOOD, Ohio -- Lorain City Law Director Mark Provenza faces charges after being arrested early Wednesday morning in Lakewood.

Police said they charged Provenza with drunken driving after he plowed into a house on Bunts Road and continued driving.

NewsChannel5 reported Provenza refused a blood-alcohol test at Lakewood Hospital.

This is Provenza's third drunken driving arrest since 2001.
