TALLMADGE, Ohio -- One of Summit County's busiest intersections will be closed to traffic for a couple days and that has area businesses worried. Tallmadge Circle is being closed for resurfacing. About 50,000 to 60,000 vehicles use the road every day. Tallmadge city service director David Kline is going to shut it down at 7 p.m. Monday."It's got to be done. It's like maintenance on your own house. You got to do it. And my maintenance is the whole city, so that's what I'm responsible for," said Kline. Business owners said the lost traffic is forcing them to close for several days. They said they could lose a lot of money."I'm going to shut down for three days. I'm going to lose a lot of money," said Debbie Welden, Jubilee Donuts owner. The city hopes to get the repaving done by Tuesday night, but it has posted signs closing the circle through Wednesday in case of bad weather.
