JACKSON TOWNSHIP, Ohio -- A local company will generate 247 new jobs in Stark County.Arthur Middleton Capital Holdings opened May 5 a 407,000-square-foot, state-of the-art production facility on 22 acres along Freedom Avenue in Jackson Township, company officials said.The jobs will be generated at the new facility.The official announcement will be made at the facility on Monday.
