Store Owner Says He Was Robbed 4 Times By Same Man

LORAIN, Ohio -- Lorain police are looking for a robber who beat up a store owner who has been robbed seven times since he opened his business in 1983.Police said the robber got away with $25 Monday when he robbed Rudy's Market.Owner Rudy Harsar said the robber came into the store just before 6 p.m., demanded money, threw Harsar to the floor and hit him about 15 times before getting away with the cash.Harsar suffered cuts to his face, arms and lips. Harsar said he has been robbed four times since October, each time by the same person, and each encounter getting more violent.Harsar said the robber tried to put duct tape around his neck but he was able to get his arms up to stop him.Police said they are hoping anyone with information that could help them solve this crime will come forward.Harsar said he has put his business up for sale.
