CLEVELAND -- It's a big day for Cleveland.The city celebrates its 212th birthday.A special ceremony takes place Tuesday morning at Public Square.A wreath will be laid at the statue of Moses Cleaveland, a surveyor who helped settle Cleveland.After the ceremony NewsChannel5's Leon Bibb will receive the Herrick Memorial Award.The Early Settlers Associations honors him as "person who has done the most to promote Cleveland this year.
